You may remember a weekend back at the beginning of March where there were some events going on. The staff remembers it well since it was one of our busiest weekends this year. Earlier in that week was the Linkin Park concert which also marked the official launch of this blog. That weekend was the George Strait concert on Friday, Monster Jam on Saturday, and then UK Hoops (University of Kentucky Women’s Basketball) was on Sunday. Amidst the madness, someone around the office thought about how cool it would be to show a time lapse of the entire weekend. All three events vary so much from one another and require a lot of setup which would make a time lapse interesting to watch. WKYT was kind enough to run with the idea and set up a camera in one of the spotlight sections above the upper arena. It turns out that the video was a great idea. Everyone around the office enjoyed it a lot, and even the people who were here all weekend found it interesting to step back and take a look as it all unfolded.
